Helene Fischer, Germany’s beloved music icon, performed in the most prominent touring music event in 2018, conceptualized by No Ceilings Co-Director Kim Willecke and the Good Company team. The tour captivated sold-out crowds at 16 football stadiums, blending electrifying music performances with stunning visual artistry.
OBJECTIVE
Our goal was to transcend typical stadium concerts by incorporating the vibrant atmosphere of summer festivals into each show. This approach aimed to create a festive and spectacular experience that suited the grand scale of stadium venues.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
Intimate Stadium Experience: To preserve a close connection with the audience in vast stadiums, we introduced a mobile festival float that allowed Helene to traverse through the crowd. Combined with versatile stage designs and high-definition iMAG screens, these elements ensured intimate fan interactions and emotional engagement across large spaces.
Evolving Artistic Expression: To refresh Helene Fischer’s artistic image without alienating her loyal fanbase, we introduced a bolder pop aesthetic, incorporating cutting-edge fashion and innovative choreography. This evolution attracted new fans while resonating deeply with existing ones.
RESULTS
The “Spürst Du Das?” tour was an unprecedented success, selling over 550,000 tickets across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It set new standards in concert production, merging the joy of a summer festival with the grandeur of stadium concerts and reinforcing Helene Fischer’s deep connection with her audience.
